Experience confidence and clarity with our step-by-step approach

Your Financial Planning Experience
Step 1
Get Organized
If we’ve decided to partner together, our first planning meeting will take a deeper dive into your financial life. We do this by first getting a clear understanding of where you are today by building your financial profile and balance sheet as well as prioritizing your major goals and dreams.
Step 2
Align - Spending & Saving
Next, we will review your spending and determine how much you should be saving to reach your goals and retirement needs. We will also focus on eliminating debt as quickly as possible and automating your spending and saving so that your goals come to life with ease.
Step 3
Focus - Investments & Taxes
We then take a look at how your money is growing. The goal is to simplify and focus your investments to match your goals. During this meeting, we also evaluate potential tax savings and simplify your current tax strategy.
Step 4
Protect - Insurances & Estate Plan
During our last onboarding meeting, we ensure you are protected when life goes differently than planned. We will review your life, long-term care, disability, property and casualty insurances and recommend any needed changes. We also discuss your estate wishes and either update or build them so that your loved ones are protected.
Step 5
Ongoing Planning Meetings
We will implement the remaining financial planning recommendations together over time and meet twice per year to ensure that we are making progress and updating your plan as your life evolves. In addition, ongoing planning often means partnering with local attorneys and CPAs where needed to form a strong financial team to support your dreams and goals.
